This document outlines the details of the exclusive NFT pre-sale event for the Paimon High Yield Token ($HYD). This limited-time event offers an opportunity for early participants to secure a higher yield with preferential liquidity terms.

NFT & Subscription Overview
This is a pre-sale event for the Paimon High Yield Token ($HYD) that provides users with an opportunity to receive a yield-boosted subscription position with waived liquidity restrictions over a 3-month lock-up period.
The NFT serves as a proof of your subscription position to Paimon's HYD. The money used to mint the NFT is not a fee, but the capital allocated as a subscription to Paimon's HYD token, which is a fund of funds investing in top-tier fixed income funds like the Blackstone Private Credit Fund (BCRED) and others.
  • Cost per NFT (Subscription Amount): $100
  • Maximum Mint per User: 10 NFTs (Max $1,000 subscription)

Yield, Lock-up, and Benefits
  • Base APY: 2%
  • Maximum APY: You can boost your yield up to approximately 20% by completing various social tasks.
You can increase your APY by completing various social tasks, which may include:
  • Following Paimon's Twitter/X account.
  • Completing KYC verification.
  • Joining the Telegram group, and others.
  • White-listed users can complete one more task to win an extra APY boost.

Your NFT and the underlying subscription capital are locked until Paimon's TGE or 3 months, whichever happens earlier.
The NFT pre-sale offers significant benefits because it is heavily subsidized:
  • Yield Boost: The maximum APY is significantly higher (up to ~20%) than the standard HYD's native yield (~10%).
  • Liquidity Waiver: You are waived from the standard HYD liquidity restrictions, which typically involve a quarterly redemption process and a 2% early redemption fee within the first year.
Redemption and Conversion Options
If the Paimon TGE happens before the 3-month lock-up period is over, and you choose to convert your principal and accrued interest into $PAIMON tokens, you can do so at the TGE. We will provide further guidance on this process.
  1. Withdraw: Take your principal and accrued interest.
  2. Convert: Convert your principal and interest into either $HYD tokens or $PAIMON governance tokens.
You can convert your principal and interest into $HYD or $PAIMON tokens at a discount to the token price. This conversion option is your free option. Further details on the $PAIMON token will be provided at a later date.
